Urban Desert Landscape
Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the website inquiry and optional SMS acknowledgment program operated by Urban Desert Landscape LLC, using the name Urban Desert Landscape.
One inquiry. One acknowledgment. With your separate SMS consent, we send a non-marketing text confirming receipt and letting you know our team will contact you shortly.
Program purpose
Our inquiry form lets you contact Urban Desert Landscape about landscape maintenance, cleanups and installations. If you select the optional SMS consent checkbox when submitting the form, we will send one automated receipt acknowledgment for that inquiry.
The acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Project-specific estimates, pricing, scheduling and service arrangements are handled separately with our team.
Message frequency and content
You will receive one automated acknowledgment per inquiry for which you give SMS consent. This program does not include promotional texts, discounts, advertising or recurring follow-up sequences.
You may also receive responses needed to handle your HELP or STOP requests.
Optional consent
You can submit an inquiry without selecting the SMS checkbox. SMS consent is not a condition of requesting or purchasing services.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. After you opt out, program messages will stop; you may receive a confirmation of your opt-out request.
Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected], or call (928) 533-6261.
Message charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider if you have questions about those charges.
Message delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for information about inquiry details, service providers and SMS consent records.
SMS program eligibility
To enroll in the optional SMS acknowledgment program, you must be at least 18 years old and be the owner or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. Do not opt in using a number without the owner's permission.
